PROJECT OVERVIEW

A new Bus Rapid Transit corridor connecting the San Fernando Valley to Pasadena — a high-frequency, dedicated transit option running through North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, Eagle Rock, and Pasadena. The project is being delivered under a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) method, requiring close coordination between design and construction teams throughout the program lifecycle.

A1MI provides quality management, document control, and project controls for the corridor — supported by a heavily customized A1 Connect platform that gives the project team both program-wide and city-by-city visibility across every jurisdiction the corridor touches.

SCOPE OF WORK

—Project quality management

—Inspection and test plan (ITP) development

—Document control

—Project controls — time tracking and project billing

—SBE/DVBE participation monitoring and reporting

A1 Connect on This Project
A1 Connect

A1 Connect serves as the project EDMS – heavily customized for the corridor's multi-jurisdiction delivery. The platform presents the entire project in one view and breaks it down by each city – North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, Eagle Rock, and Pasadena – and extends beyond document control into custom-built time tracking, project billing, and a real-time dashboard monitoring SBE/DVBE participation against percentage goals.

Program Highlight
Key Outcomes

Built a custom platform showing the entire project and broken down by each city along the corridor – North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, Eagle Rock, and Pasadena – giving stakeholders both program-wide and jurisdiction-level visibility.

Delivered project controls through custom-built time-tracking and project billing platforms.

Developed a real-time dashboard monitoring SBE/DVBE participation against percentage goals.

Supporting the corridor's quality program from early delivery – developing inspection and test plans and embedding documentation discipline at the stage where quality requirements are least expensive to build in.
