Project Details:A1MI provided the Quality, Construction Management and Project Controls for the K-Line, a $2.2 billion 8.5-mile light rail line along Crenshaw Blvd., and the Harbor Subdivision from Exposition Blvd. to the Metro Green Line. The overall goal of the project is to improve mobility in the corridor by connecting with the Metro Green Line and the Expo Light Rail. Project features include 6 bridges, underground guideways including U-trench, utility relocations, cut & cover, Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), 8 stations and associated trackwork and system components.

Scope of work:
• Develop and implement project quality program
• Manage the quality department with over 28 inspectors and testing technicians
• Document configuration management
• Setup document management system
• Quality surveillances and audits
• Assist with Safety Security Certification
• ADA compliance inspections
